The data we process
- Identification and contact details: name, email and phone number.
- Delivery address.
- Your pet’s photo and the design created from it.
- Order and payment data (processed by the payment provider; we never store card details).
Purposes and legal basis
We process data to fulfil the purchase contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): creating the design, producing and delivering your garment, and providing support. We retain invoices for the period required by law (Article 6(1)(c)).
Service providers
We share only the necessary data with our production and delivery partner, payment provider, hosting service and the artificial intelligence service used to create the portrait from your photo.
Retention
We keep photos and designs for as long as needed for the order and any replacement, and delete them on request.
Cookies and local storage
We use only essential storage: your basket is saved in your browser, together with an authentication session in the administration area. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Your cookie choice and language preference are saved in your browser.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we require appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing by writing to ola@fiel.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
