Products

We sell sweatshirts and hoodies printed with a design created from the customer’s photo. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the actual garment.

Uploaded photographs and rights

By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it. We use it only to create and produce your design. Your fine-line portrait is created with artificial intelligence from your photo; you can generate up to three versions and choose your favourite before buying.

The withfiel brand and logo belong to withfiel. We do not accept designs that infringe third-party rights or contain offensive material.

Orders and contract

The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email after payment is accepted. Before adding the item to your basket, you expressly approve the drawing and name, as the garment is produced exactly as approved.

Production and delivery

Each piece is made to order in 2–5 working days, plus the carrier’s delivery time. We deliver to Portugal (mainland and islands) and Spain. Times are estimates; we email you if there are significant delays.

Prices and payment

Prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate and are shown in euros. Delivery costs are shown before you complete your purchase. Payments are processed by a certified payment provider; we do not store card details.

Right of withdrawal

Our products are made to the consumer’s specifications and clearly personalised. Under Article 17(1)(c) of Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014 of 14 February, the 14-day right of withdrawal therefore does not apply.

Warranty

Your statutory warranty rights under Portuguese Decree-Law 84/2021 remain unaffected. Please contact us for a replacement if there is a fault.

Dispute resolution

In a dispute, the consumer may contact a consumer alternative dispute resolution body (listed at www.consumidor.gov.pt) and the Electronic Complaints Book.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in the customer’s country of residence.
