Where we deliver
We deliver to Portugal (mainland and islands) and Spain. Delivery costs €4.90 per order and is free with 3 pieces. All prices include VAT.
Production and delivery times
Each piece is printed to order once payment is confirmed. Production takes 2–5 working days, plus delivery (usually 2–5 working days to Portugal and Spain). We email your tracking code when your order ships.
Returns
Our pieces are made with your pet’s portrait, so they are personalised products. Under Article 17(1)(c) of Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
Faults or damage
If your item arrives with a printing fault, damage or differs from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with photos and your order number. We replace it at no cost. Your statutory warranty rights are unaffected.
Complaints book
You can submit a complaint through the Electronic Complaints Book. In a dispute, you may also contact a consumer alternative dispute resolution body (listed at www.consumidor.gov.pt).
